앱 안에서 계정과 데이터를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
⚙️ 설정 → 계정 관리 → 계정 삭제
본인 확인(재로그인) 후 즉시 처리되며, 처리 완료와 동시에 데이터가 파기됩니다.
2앱을 이미 삭제했다면 — 이메일 요청
아래 주소로 삭제 요청을 보내 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 처리해 드립니다.

- 메일에 계정 ID(가입 이메일 또는 게임 닉네임)를 꼭 적어 주세요.
- 구글 계정으로 가입한 경우, 가입에 사용한 구글 이메일 주소를 적어 주세요.
3삭제되는 데이터
계정 삭제 시 아래 데이터가 즉시 파기되며 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 게임 진행 상황(레벨·클리어 기록)
- 보유 자산(토큰, 구매한 색상·펫·스킨, 영입한 친구)
- 랭킹 기록
- 계정 정보(닉네임, 로그인 정보)
4보존되는 항목 · 구독 안내
- 결제 기록은 Google Play 및 결제 처리 대행사(RevenueCat)가 관련 법령에 따라 보존할 수 있습니다. 당사 서버에는 남지 않습니다.
- 활성 구독은 계정 삭제로 해지되지 않습니다. Google Play 앱 → 구독 관리에서 별도로 해지해 주세요.
1Delete in the app (fastest)
You can delete your account and data directly inside the app.
⚙️ Settings → Account → Delete Account
After identity verification (re-login), your data is destroyed immediately upon completion.
2Already uninstalled the app? — Email us
Send a deletion request to the address below. We will process it without delay after verification.

- Please include your account ID (sign-up email or in-game nickname).
- If you signed up with Google, include the Google email address you used.
3Data that will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is destroyed immediately and cannot be recovered.
- Game progress (levels, clear records)
- Owned assets (tokens, purchased colors/pets/skins, recruited friends)
- Ranking records
- Account information (nickname, login credentials)
4Retained items · Subscriptions
- Payment records may be retained by Google Play and our payment processor (RevenueCat) as required by applicable law. They are not stored on our servers.
- Active subscriptions are NOT cancelled by deleting your account. Please cancel separately in the Google Play app → Subscriptions.
